The application of the sleeve consists of a plastic labeling that wraps the container with custom graphics to make your product stand out. Metalchimica has developed within its application automatic sleeve, which is sleeves of plastic material that, fit on the products and then shrink, allow the decoration and sealing of the closure, so as to obtain a real anti tamper protection of caps and lids of food, chemical or cosmetic products. The sleeves are made by means of a flat continuous tube of shrink plastic material (PET, PVC, Polypropylene) wrapped in coil and cut to a programmable height or determined by a notch of colour, then threaded on the product with a synchronized movement activated by a photocell that detects the passage.
