Our mission is to design and produce innovative plastic packaging, that meet the growing needs of our customers - no matter how complex or difficult they may be – and to do it in an ecological way.
We provide the market with customized packaging n the shortest possible time. Our production is above industry standards. We continue to invest in our company and in the improvement and development of the skills of our staff, in order to produce increasingly advanced plastic packaging solutions. We recognize the importance of sustainability and strive to minimize our environmental impact through the use of green energy, the recycling and development of environmentally friendly materials.
Customer care is our main focus: the first step is to try to understand what its needs are and its objectives to then design and manufacture plastic packaging that fully meets its requirements. We are committed to continuously improving our design and production processes, we invest in our factory and make sure we use the best technologies of the sector and the most environmentally friendly methods. We support our employees in continuing training, integrating work and safety courses at all levels of organization. We encourage our employees to use their knowledge and skills in the design and production process so that both customers and the environment benefit. Metalchimica works quickly and, thanks to the use of 3D models and printers, the customer may have a prototype in hand within 72 hours; after the approval of the customer, continuous cycle production begins at the Metalchimica production plant. The needs of the client are decisive at every stage of the project. Not only physical requirements are taken into account and fulfilled, such as size and durability, but also visual requirements, such as the shape of the container, the color scheme and the layout of the label. Only after having understood all the needs of the customer and its peculiar needs the most appropriate production processes are identified and selected.
Once the design is approved, we move on to planning, where each step, from the preparation of tools and materials through packaging and shipment, is clearly defined and assigned. Metalchimica staff works according to customer specifications and is proud to do a job well done. The packaging thus produced by Metalchimica, using a fully customer-oriented approach, does not only serve to store a product safely, but to present the customer’s product in its uniqueness and distinctively to any competing product.
